


Whole Beef
We sell bulk beef in whole, halves, and quarters. Each animal reaches harvesting weight on natural grass and California sunshine. Before processing, our cattle weigh approximately 1,200-1,400 pounds, which typically yields 40 percent of consumable meat. After processing, the packaged meat received varies in weight from 480 to 380 pounds of meat depending upon the size of the initial animal.
The meat is hung for approximately 14 days of aging, which may vary by the butcher’s availability. A standard list of cuts for a whole animal consists of:

A whole animal averages $10.00 per pound with a range of $3,800 to $4,800 upon receipt. We require a $750 deposit upon ordering. The meat is available for local pickup or local delivery ($20 delivery charge). Shipping coming soon. We will contact you three days before pick up from the meatpacking facility.
