This box is perfect for some good soup, stew, or a tender roast. Everything you see here will fall apart after a good slow cook!
Our beef is 100% Grass-Fed and finished, Certified Natural, Certified Hormone Free, Humanely Handled, and raised on the Central Coast of California in optimal living conditions. Our oceanside, coastal ranches create a perfect environment with mild summers and winters for our cattle. These cows graze on our local natural grasses year-round. Grass-fed beef provides extra nutrients and more of a natural flavor to the beef so that you can feel good about the meat you consume.
Approximately 20 lbs of Grass-fed All Natural Beef
1 pack of soup bones
1 pack of neck bones
1 pack of marrow bones
1 pack of oxtail
1 lb pack of stew meat
1 pack of short ribs
1 O-bone roast or Center Cut Shank
3 of our roasts (rump, boneless chuck, round, shoulder clod, or sirloin tip)
*if you have a roast preference, leave us an email or comment with your order number. We will accommodate if we have the inventory.
